Every inquiry was an email, every application a spreadsheet line item, and every year the team started from scratch. I fixed that — designing and shipping a live platform for the Chelan paragliding competitions, end to end and solo, using an AI multi-agent workflow to do the work of a team. It cut the back-and-forth by more than 80% and gave the organizers better tools and process: recruit proven volunteers from past events, vet new applicants quickly, and keep every event’s data in a reusable repository that carries forward to the next comp. Less administration, more time on the work that actually matters. Built with React and TypeScript on a Supabase backend, hosted on Cloudflare.
