A now page — what I'm focused on at the moment.

Day to day, I'm a Senior Product Manager at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, leading a team of business systems analysts. It's real work with real stakes, and I care about doing it well.

Exploring next

I'm starting to look at what comes after: transformation and change-agent roles, where causing change is the actual mandate rather than a side effect. I'm drawn to mission-driven health tech and to civic and government tech that actually ships. Player-coach, senior individual-contributor-plus — I want to stay close to the building. I'm not looking for more pure people-management.

Open to

Conversations, and a small number of engagements, with people building in that space. I'm not blowing up my life — but if you're working on something that fits, whether that's a build-with-you project or a role where causing change is the actual mandate, I'd like to hear about it.
